It is a Jabugo ham 100% acorn distinguished by its good presence to the cut and a delicious texture with a balanced balance between fat and lean. Its flavor is slightly salty with a sweetness very characteristic of the pieces of this height. The quality of the Tartessos ham is the result of the tradition that began the Castaño family in 1980, a long period that has allowed them to improve their production process while maintaining those techniques and those values ​​of yesteryear that achieve pieces with a unique flavor.
