Anchovies in olive oil Gold Serie 190 g Ría de Santoña are handmade in the northern Spanish town of Santona with anchovy caught in the Bay of Biscay. They are tinned anchovies handmade in a workshop in the Cantabrian locality of Santona. Anchovy fillets Gold Series have reddish brown colour, without bones and seasoned with olive oil and a bit of salt, after a treatment period of 7 months. Smooth texture, is fresh in mouth and with a huge fish taste. The cantabrian anchovies are fished in spring season; it is the best season cause the anchovy has a good fat balance.
