The anchovy fillets in virgin olive oil Ria de Santoña are produced in an artisan way from anchovy sustainabily fished in the Bay of Biscay. These anchovy fillets are made with extra virgin oloive oil and salt. They are elaborated in the town of Revilla de Camargo, locality near Santoña.
