Artisan half matured Manchego Cheese Moraleda is made in the Manchegan town of Dosbarrios from raw milk from Merino Manchega sheep from cattle from their own livestock farm, cured for 3 months in the cellar. It is an artisan cheese produced by two generations of the Moraleda family.
