Artisan matured Manchego Cheese Moraleda is made in the Manchegan town of Dosbarrios from raw milk from Merino Manchega sheep from cattle from their own livestock farm, cured for more than 6 months in the cellar. It is an artisan cheese produced by two generations of the Moraleda family.
