Artisan Picon cheese from Picos de Europa Las Cañas is handmade by Queseria Alles in the Cantabrian village of Bejes in the heart of Picos de Europa national park. This artisan Picon cheese is a blue cheese made from cow, goat and ewe´s raw milk, with a 2-3 months period of maturation in natural caves.
Artisan Picon cheese from Picos de Europa Las Cañas is an artisan blue cheese which is distinguished by its deep aroma, consistent texture and softly spice taste with reminds of cattle and hay.
