The borage Ostargi is elaborated in Spain in artisanal way with stalks of selected borage from the heart of the Navarre on the banks of the Ebro river. These farm lands are characterized by its fertility and microclimate, these singularities give an exceptional quality to the vegetables grown in this area. The borage is blanched to just the right point until getting a tender texture. We higly recommend serve it with a stir-fry of iberian ham or to elaborate a recipe of borage with clams.
