It is a Catalonian cava produced in San Sadurní d’Anoia (Barcelona) and within the Denomination of Origin Cava. The ageing lasts between 36 and 42 months. The colour of the cava is bright golden yellow with fine and persistent bubbles. Among the best pairings of the Cava Gran Reserva Rimarts we can choose smoked salmon, chicken and fish.
