Ceps La Catedral de Navarra are preserved in olive oil. Ceps or porcini mushrooms are produced from wild boletus edulis and picked in autumn in the Spaniards Mountains. Canned mushrooms preparation is 100% artisan made, the mushrooms are cleaned and chopped by hand. After this process, the mushrooms are preserved in extra virgin olive oil. It is a season white fungus freshly elaborated. The Boletus Edulis or porcini is appreciated gastronomically speaking and a really good garnish for meat and fish.
