Chistorra from Navarra Goikoa is made in a natural way with lean, bacon, black pepper, garlic, salt and without using any preservatives or colorants. Goikoa is a familiar company with 70 years of experience located in Sangüesa (Navarra) that had started selling chorizo in a small butcher’s. Since that moment, they have increased their catalogue due to the quality of the raw material used and its handmade elaboration processes. It is presented covered with a plastic container and it has to be kept between 0º and 5ª degrees. You can taste chistorra fried or grilled, and you can also use it for the elaboration of various recipes. We recommend you to taste it with scrambled eggs or with cider.
