Fabada Casa Gerardo is produced with fresh white butter beans from farmer of Prendes and with compango (Asturian pancetta, chorizo and black pudding) from local producers of the same area. The Fabada Casa Gerardo is rigorously produced following the recipe of the restaurant Casa Gerardo from Prendes (Asturias). This asturian fabada is still the most successful symbol of this Asturian restaurant since it was opened in 1882 and after five generations by the hand of the Moran family, is the most famous restaurant in the Principality of Asturias recognized with a Michelin star and three suns of the Repsol guide.
