Iberian saucisson Joselito acorn fed is made in a traditional manner from pure Iberian pig pieces, salt, black pepper and other different spices, without preservatives and chemical additives. The acorn fed saucisson is cured in cellars in the Spanish locality of Guijuelo for a period of 5 months at least. Spanish saucisson Joselito has a very persistent aroma with a superb balance between fat, lean and spices that as a whole give an excellent flavour and texture to it.
