Pata negra shoulder Tartessos is manufactured in the town of Cumbres Mayores in Huelva, close to Jabugo, in Aracena mountain range. This Jabugo ham shoulder stands out for its sweet and slightly salted taste. Their diet consist in be fattened grazing in the mountains with acorns and herbs from the meadows. The porks also eat invertebrates like warms or snails. Acorn fed Iberian shoulder is endorsed by the protected designation of origin Jamon de Huelva.
