They are fattened grazing in the mountains with acorn. Their feed is been complemented with fodder grain to reach an ideal weight before the slaughter. Spanish ham Tartessos Selection is distinguished by its brilliant cut where the fat infiltrates into the lean, it gives to ham an oily special texture. This Jabugo ham has a brilliant herb taste because it is grazing in the pastures.
