- Pickled mussels from Galicia 8-12 La Lata are made in the Galician estuaries from selected giant mussels raised in rafts from the Galician estuaries of Noia and Arousa.
- From mussel, olive oil, vinegar, spices and salt.
- They are steamed, scrupulously cleaned by hand and marinated.
We can taste the pickled mussels from the Galician Rías 8-12 La Lata accompanied by a white wine made from Godello grapes. These La Lata pickled mussels are excellent in pasta dishes, as well as in salads and for making fish puddings.
