Picos de Europa ewe’s cheese La Sotorraña is an artisan cheese made by Quesería Alles at the Cantabrian village of Bejes. We talk about a cheese produced from ewe’s raw milk, with a 2 months period of maturation in natural caves sited at the Picos de Europa National Park.
Picos de Europa ewe’s cheese La Sotorraña is a cheese aged at the Picos de Europa National Park with subtle and deep aroma, with a medium hard texture and delicious taste. Picos de Europa ewe’s cheese La Sotorrana is ideal to try with fruits, such as grapes or figs.
