Maruxaina Ribeiro wine is a white wine of the Ribeiro protected designation of origin made in the region of Galicia at the north-west of Spain from a coupage of local varieties of grape Treixadura and Torrontes. We talk about a Ribeiro wine of a bright yellow colour and green shades, of a flowery and fruity fragance (citrics and green apple). On the palate, it is easy, light and very fresh with a pleasant and long aftertaste.
This Ribeiro wine is distinguished by an excellent selection of the grapes, after it is softly pressing to get a sweet grape juice which is fermented at a low-temperature. Once we pass the fermentation process, the wine is preserved in steel tanks until its bottling.
