Smoked extra virgin olive oil Keia is a smoked olive oil of the arbequina variety produced in higher altitudes above 1000 metres inside of Montes de Toledo National Park and with olives collected in november, when the olive is green and extracted in cold temperature. The smoke is made in cold temperature with fine wood of oak and beech.
Extra virgin olive oil of the arbequina variety is ideal for the smoking, because their soft aromas and its low spiciness is perfectly balancing with the subtle nuance of the smoking.
