The spring salt and cayenne mill Sal de Añana is composed of spring salt and crushed cayenne pepper. This salt is ideal for accompaning fish, meat or egg dishes, pizza or pasta, giving a subtle and spicy taste to any kind of elaboration.
This salt is collected during the summer season, being still humid, drained in baskets of chesnut wood, from there passes for a process of transfers between storages, called “entroje”, to finish with its packaging and trading.
Despite its bad press, we can affirm that the cayenne is good for the stomachache or flatulences, blood flow, as well as for rheumatic pains and arthrosis.
