This shellfish is highly valued cause its meat’s quality. These stuffed peppers are handmade with red piquillo peppers roasted in flames. The combination of the piquillo peppers and the crab is excellent due to the sweetness of the peppers and the flavour of the txangurro.

To taste these stuffed peppers you only have to open the can and remove the peppers into a proper dish warming them a little bit. You can enjoy them in a quick dinner or making a delicious Spanish tapas.
