Truffled saucisson Casa Riera is elaborated in the Vic locality of Barcelona from noble pieces of white bristle that includes paletilla, panceta and lean, sea salt, black pepper, natural gut and black truffle of winter or melanosporum. The truffled saucisson Casa Riera is handcrafted in the town of Vic by means of a totally traditional method of production. Based on the truffled saucisson, Casa Riera has added black winter truffle Melanosporum collected in the Catalan region of La Garrotxa. After a maturing period of 3 to 6 months, the result is a pepperoni with an intense and exquisite flavor, flavored with the subtle nuances of the winter black truffle. The truffled saucisson Casa Riera was extraordinarily marinated with wine crianza and reserves Tempranillo grape Rioja or Ribera de Duero full body and great permanence in the mouth.
