White tuna in olive oil La Lata de Braulio is elaborated from white tuna sustainabily fished in waters of the Bay of Biscay during the summer coastal season of the white tuna. We talk about a selected white tuna and boiled slowly in brine. After, it will be portioned and inserted handly in the jar.
White tuna on olive oil La Lata de Braulio is produced in a artisan way, folllowing the tradition of the Cantabrian town. The white tuna is introduced in a soft olive oil that do not hide the benefits of the product.
