Casa Olmo is a company dedicated to the development of typical Cantabrian products. Among its products, it stands out the sobao pasiego Casa Olmo and the quesada pasiega Casa Olmo, both elaborated in an artisanal way in the heart of the Valley of the Pas. Casa Olmo is one of the best producers of sweets in Cantabria. All their sweet craftsmen are manufactured following their own methods of production.
