This brand produces Keia smoked salmon from the waters of Scotland and Orkney Islands, product that has the designation of origin Scottish Organic Salmon. It also highlights the northern bonito Keia in preserved, product caught on the Basque coast that boasts of having the quality label Euskolabel. Other products that we can find are Keia foie gras and Keia duck magret, both made using only artisan methods.
