Keia is a Basque family business founded on the concept of eco-gastronomy. This means that the foods elaborated by Keia are based on the recognition of the strong union between food and ecology. This brand produces Keia smoked salmon from the waters of Scotland and Orkney Islands, product that has the designation of origin Scottish Organic Salmon. It also highlights the northern bonito Keia in preserved, product caught on the Basque coast that boasts of having the quality label Euskolabel. Other products that we can find are Keia foie gras and Keia duck magret, both made using only artisan methods.

Keia belongs to the eco-gastronomic association Slow Food, a movement that struggles to maintain local gastronomic traditions and change the lack of current interest in nutrition.
